研究目的：

结合健康人群生活习惯、饮食结构、健康状况调查信息和营养与健康数据集，综合分析蒙古国和内蒙古地区不同区域、不同饮食条件下健康人群肠道中乳杆菌的生物多样性及分布规律，探究不同生活习惯和饮食结构对肠道菌群的影响，分析研究肠道乳杆菌与健康状况的关联性，为乳酸菌与益生菌相关研究及产业发展奠定坚实的理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Combining healthy people life habit of diet health and nutrition and health survey data sets, comprehensive analysis of Mongolia and Inner Mongolia under the condition of different regions of different diet healthy crowd intestinal lactobacillus in the biodiversity and distribution, to explore the different of lifestyle and diet on the intestinal flora, the effect of the health of the intestinal lactobacillus and relevance, for lactic acid bacteria and probiotic research and industry development lay a solid theoretical basis

纳入标准：

只有受试者符合以下所有标准，才适合入组本研究
1. 受试者近三个月内未使用过抗生素类药物，未食用益生菌产品。
2. 无糖尿病、无高血压高血脂；无精神类疾病；无其它重大疾病。
以上任一回答是“否”者，则不能纳入临床研究。

Inclusion criteria

Only subjects who meet all the following criteria are suitable for inclusion in this study
1. The subjects have not used antibiotics or eaten probiotic products in recent three months.
2. No diabetes, no hypertension and hyperlipidemia; No mental illness; No other diseases.
If any of the above answers are "no", they cannot be included in clinical research.

排除标准：

以下情况者，一般应予以剔除：
1. 不符合入选标准；
2. 对方案的依从性差；
3. 没有任何随访资料者；
4. 未完成试验；

Exclusion criteria：

The following situations should be eliminated:

安排入组志愿者300例，依次编号1-300，ASA24软件追踪饮食并记录，当地医院负责健康体检，依照排除标准和纳入标准筛选出健康志愿者200人，使用Excel表格对不同区域、不同饮食结构、不同生活习惯的健康志愿者进行数据统计。

Recriut 300 volunteers, numbered 1-300 in turn. ASA24 software track the dietary information. hospital responsible for physical examination. 200 healthy volunteers were screened out according to the exclusion criteria and inclusion criteria. Excel tables were used to make statistics
