研究目的：

构建跨理论模型认知障碍健康教育方案，并评价健康教育方案对老年MCI者认知管理的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a trans-theoretical model of health education program for cognitive impairment, and to evaluate the effect of health education program on cognitive management of elderly MCI patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60周岁；
（2）符合MCI筛查标准：
①以记忆减退为主诉（有家属或知情者证实）；
②客观测试中存在与年龄和受教育程度不符的总体认知功能下降（MoCA＜26分）；
③总体认知功能相对正常（MMSE≥24分，经社区医生诊断尚未达到痴呆症的诊断标准）；
④具有一般日常生活功能（ADL得分≤16分）；
（3）意识清晰，普通话沟通无障碍，知情同意且自愿参加本干预。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 60 or above;
2. MCI screening criteria:
(1) with memory impairment as the main complaint (confirmed by a family member);
(2) there is a decline in overall cognitive function that is inconsistent with age and education level in the objective text (MOCA < 26);
(3) the overall cognitive function is relatively normal(MMSE >= 24);
(4) have the ability of general daily life.
3. Clear consciousness,accessible communication,after inform consent and volunteer to participate in the study.

排除标准：

（1）当前患有严重的躯体疾病及精神障碍，无法配合研究者；
（2）存在听力、视觉障碍，不能配合完成调查者；
（3）诊断为痴呆症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Currently suffering form serious physical illness and mental disorders;
2. Hearing and visual impairment;
3. A person diagnosed with dementia.

单盲法。对被试隐藏其分组信息，为避免消息互通和沾染，参与干预前除向被试说明两组相似内容之外（了解是有关认知障碍的健康教育），不提供其他干预细节。并向被试解释，为了保证教学质量限制每组人数，分别进行健康教育干预。干预过程中，在相同时间为两组被试发放相同的礼物或道具。

Blinding：

single blind method.To hide their grouping information from the subjects.In order to avoid the exchange of messages,before participating in the intervention,no details of the intervention are provided except that the two groups are explained to the subjects (health education on cognitive impairment).To explain to the subjects, in order to ensure the quality of teaching to limit the number of people each group,health education intervention is carried out separately.During the intervention,the same gifts or props are given to the two groups at the same time.
