研究目的：

1.探究长期血糖波动是否与2型糖尿病患者微血管及大血管并发症的发生发展相关。 2.评价各长期血糖波动指标对于2型糖尿病患者血管并发症的预测价值，筛选出评价长期血糖波动的核心指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore whether long-term glycemic variability is related to the occurrence and development of microvascular and macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetes. 2. To evaluate the predictive value of each long-term glycemic variability index for vascular complications in type 2 diabetes, and to screen out the core indexes for evaluating long-term glycemic variability.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁且合并至少下列2项心血管危险因素的2型糖尿病患者：
i. 吸烟；
ii. 既往6个月内接受降脂治疗或已确诊但未接受治疗的高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（≥3.4?mmol/L）患者；
iii. 既往6个月内高密度脂蛋白胆固醇<1.0?mmol/L（男性）或<1.3?mmol/L（女性），或甘油三酯≥2.3?mmol/L；
iv. 接受降血压治疗，或血压升高（收缩压≥140?mmHg或舒张压≥95?mmHg）但未经治疗；
v. 腰臀比>1.0（男性）或>0.8（女性）；
②入院前2年内HbA1c和GA测定次数≥3次；
③签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Type 2 diabetes above 60 years old with at least 2 cardiovascular risk factors below:
a) Smoking;
b) Patients with low or low density lipoprotein cholesterol (≥ 3.4mmol /L) who received lipid-lowering treatment within 6 months or were diagnosed but not treated;
c) High-density lipoprotein cholesterol < 1.0mmol /L (male) or < 1.3mmol /L (female) within 6 months, or triglyceride ≥ 2.3mmol /L;
d) Treatment for hypertension, or untreated increase in blood pressure (systolic pressure≥140 mmHg or diastolic pressure≥95 mmHg);
e) Waist-hip ratio >1.0 (male) or >0.8 (female);
②HbA1c and GA were measured ≥3 times within 2 years before admission;
③Signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①1型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病及其他特殊类型糖尿病；
②糖尿病酮症酸中毒、恶性肿瘤、自身免疫病、血液病及有精神疾病史、严重肝肾功能不全；
③有酗酒/吸毒史；
④长期使用激素治疗；
⑤妊娠；
⑥有计划拟接受代谢手术治疗的患者；
⑦重度贫血、低蛋白血症。

Exclusion criteria：

①Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes and other special types of diabetes;
②Diabetic ketoacidosis, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, blood diseases and a history of mental illness, severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
③History of alcohol/drug abuse;
④Long-term use of hormone or steroids therapy;
⑤Pregnancy;
⑥Patients planning to receive bariatric surgery;
⑦Severe anemia and hypoproteinemia.
