研究目的：

1.检测汉化版心脏康复评估问卷的信效度，研发冠心病介入患者体力活动心脏相关因素问卷，为临床应用奠定基础； 2.评价不同类型介入患者的身体机能，明确运动康复的方式和获益；开发更符合临床心功能正常患者的运动心功能检查方式。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To verity the validation of chinese version questionnair about cardiac rehabilitation, and develope an Barriers to Physical Activity after PCI questionnair for clinical. 2.Evaluating the function of patients with different intervention, and make sure which way should be used and what are the benefits for patient in exercise rehabilitation. Develop the the better exercise cardiac function examination for the normal of clinical cardiac function patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

临床确诊为冠心病；
简明精神量表≥24；
年龄≥18周岁；
同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient with coronary heart disease;
2. Mini-Mental State Examination over 24;
3. Aged >= 18 years;
4. Agree to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 无法理解书面语言者、无法口语交流者；
2. 由于身体状况限制评估和锻炼者；
3. 急性心衰或左心室射血分数＜40% 。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Can not understanding written language or oral communication is not possible;
2. limitted by physical condition that can not be assessed and exercises;
3. Acute heart failure or LVEF < 40%·
