研究目的：

探讨紧急腹膜透析中，手工换液对比手工换液联合自动换液透析方式对ESRD患者生存、预后及治疗效果的比较，为紧急腹透透析治疗过渡期提供最适宜的紧急腹膜透析模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the survival, prognosis and treatment effect of End-stage renal disease patients during the urgent-state peritoneal dialysis with automated peritoneal dialysis combined with manual peritoneal dialysis, in order to provide the most appropriate peritoneal dialysis mode for the urgent-state peritoneal dialysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 纳入的病例为大于18岁的终末期肾病患者。 2. 于我院肾脏内科行腹膜透析置管术的终末期肾病患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years. 2. ESRD patents who receives peritoneal dialysis catheterization in the department of nephrology, West China Hospital of Sichuan University

排除标准：

1、急性肾衰竭；急性充血性心衰、严重电解质紊乱（如高钾血症)等;
2、置管后出现以下并发症：I.置管后3天内出现导管机械功能障碍、II.置管术后出现大量出血、III.严重漏液者；
3、合并其它严重疾病：如恶性肿瘤、重症感染、肝硬化；
4、妊娠或哺乳，及正在参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute renal failure;Acute congestive heart failure, severe electrolyte disturbances (e.g., hyperkalemia);
2. The following complications occurred after catheterization: I. Mechanical dysfunction of the catheter within 3 days after catheterization, II.Massive bleeding occurred after catheterization;III. Severe fluid leakage;
3. Complicated with other serious diseases, such as malignant tumor, severe infection and cirrhosis;
4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding, and participating in other clinical studies.
