研究目的：

1、利用代谢组学技术，找出健康儿童与疳证患儿的唾液、尿液中的差异差异代谢产物，结合结合临床症状等，寻找疳证的生物标志物。 2、通过代谢组学技术，找出疳证患儿刺四缝治疗前后的唾液、尿液中差异代谢产物，结合临床症状等，寻找刺四缝干预儿童疳证的具体改变。 3、尝试探索疳积液的物质基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Metabolomics technology was used to find the different metabolites in saliva and urine of healthy children and infants with malnutrition, and clinical symptoms were combined to find biomarkers for malnutrition. 2. Using the metabonomics technology, find out the children with malnutrition card stabbed four joint before and after treatment of different metabolites in saliva, urine, combined with clinical symptoms, such as looking for pricking Sifeng specific change seam intervention child malnutrition. 3. Try to explore the material basis of chancroid effusion.

纳入标准：

（1）有先天禀赋不足，长期喂养不当或病后失调等病史
（2）表现形体消瘦，面色不华，毛发稀疏枯黄，饮食异常，大便不调，或脘腹膨胀，烦躁易怒，或精神不振，或喜揉眉擦眼，或吮指磨牙等明显症状
（3）健康受试者确认无疳证及其他消化系统疾病
（4）年龄在2-7岁
（5）经患儿法定监护人同意、能配合治疗及采样者

Inclusion criteria

(1) A history of congenital deficiency, improper long-term feeding or post-disease disorders
(2) Obvious symptoms such as thin body, pale face, thin and yellow hair, abnormal diet, irregular stools, abdominal distension, irritability and irritability, lack of energy, eyebrow rubbing, finger sucking and teeth grinding, etc
(3) No chancre and other digestive diseases were confirmed by healthy subjects
(4) Aged between 2 and 7
(5) With the consent of the child's legal guardian, the child can cooperate with the treatment and sampling

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准者
（2）合并有明确先天性、器质性、发育缺陷性、传染性疾病、遗传代谢病者
（3）患儿法定监护人不同意配合治疗及采样者
