研究目的：

曲美他嗪是经典的心肌能量代谢调节剂，可调节心肌葡萄糖代谢。我们拟入组行心肌灌注/代谢显像评估存活心肌的糖尿病患者，通过自身对照，观察并阐明口服曲美他嗪对18F-FDG PET心肌代谢显像图像质量及定量分析参数的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Trimetazidine is a classical regulator of myocardial energy metabolism, which can regulate myocardial glucose metabolism. We enrolled diabetic patients who would undergo myocardial perfusion/metabolic imaging to evaluate the viable myocardium. Through self-control, we observed and clarified the effect of trimetazidine on the image quality and quantitative analytical parameters of 18F-FDG PET myocardial metabolic imaging.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）合并糖尿病的心肌梗死或缺血性心肌病患者；
（2）左室射血分数＜45%；
（3）以静息心肌灌注显像联合PET门控心肌代谢显像评估存活心肌者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with myocardial infarction or ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with diabetes
(2) Left ventricular ejection fraction <45%
(3) Patients who were used rest myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) combined with PET gated myocardial metabolic imaging (MMI) to assess viable myocardium

排除标准：

（1）1个月内发生的急性心肌梗死或不稳定心绞痛；
（2）严重心律失常者；
（3）静息MPI正常者；
（4）扩张性心肌病或肥厚性心肌病患者；
（5）严重肝肾、呼吸系统、血液系统疾病患者；
（6）孕妇、哺乳期妇女或有生育要求的育龄妇女；
（7）研究者认为存在不适合参加该试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina occurred within past one month
(2) Severe arrhythmia
(3) Normal rest MPI
(4) Dilated cardiomyopathy or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
(5) Serious liver, kidney, respiratory system and blood system diseases
(6) Pregnant women, lactating women or women of childbearing age who have fertility requirements
(7) There were other situations in which the researchers considered that it was not suitable to participate in the trial
