探讨太极云手对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢本体感觉和手眼协调能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of Tai Chi Yunshou on hemiplegic stroke patients by observing upper-limb proprioception and hand-eye coordination.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将符合纳入标准脑卒中偏瘫患者65例按入组顺序随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组33例，对照组32例，对照组采取常规治疗和护理方案，试验组在常规治疗和护理的基础上，予以太极云手练习，两组各干预8周，分别在护理干预前、干预后4周，干预后8周利用上肢智能反馈训练系统进行肘关节位置觉的评定和引导性上肢协调训练器进行手眼协调能力测定，手眼协调能力包括反应时间，动作完成时间，动作准确性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

meeting the criteria 65 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia in the group were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group was 33 participants, control group was 32 participants, Both group received routine therapy and nursing ,based on which the experimental group were treated with Tai Chi Yunshou, The intervention lasted 8 weeks. The elbow joint position sense evaluated by upper?limb?rehabilitation?training?robot and eye-hand coordination tested by guiding pper limb coordination training device were used to assess the patients’ condition before, 4 weeks and 8 weeks months after treatment respectively. eye-hand coordination tests include reaction time, movement time and accuracy in finger pointing task. 

纳入标准：

1.符合脑卒中诊断标准且被CT或MRI 证实的，功能分级为Brunnstromⅳ-ⅴ级患者;
2.右侧偏瘫，右利手；
3.患者神志清楚，简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分＞24分，能够进行有效沟通；
4.初次中风或既往中风未留有神经功能障碍
5.初次发病，病程在6个月以内;
6.中风的第一集还不到6个月前生命体征稳定;
7.病人年龄在30岁至80岁,小学教育及以上;
8.能够独立行走超过6米或协助;
9.患者或他/她的法定监护人同意签署知情同意的形式;
10.那些能够理解和实施康复训练。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with stroke according to the criteria adopted by the Fourth National Cerebral Vascular Disease Conference and confirmed by CT or MRI and those at Brunnstrom Stages IV-V;
2. Patients with right hemiplegia symptoms and right-handedness;
3. Those with Mini-Mental State Exam score of >24, of a clear mind, and able to communicate effectively;
4. Patients presenting with their first episode of stroke or a history of stroke but no residual neurological dysfunction;
5. The first episode of stroke was less than 6 months ago with stable vital signs;
6. Patients aged between 30 and 80 years, with primary school education and above;
7. Those able to walk more than six meters independently or assisted;
8. Patients or his/her legal guardian agreed to sign the informed consent form;
9. Those able to understand and implement rehabilitation training.

排除标准：

（1）合并重大疾病者，如近期（4周内）并发心肌梗死发作或合并严重心功能衰竭、肝肾功能不全、控制不良的糖尿病等或者患者出现严重的肩关节疼痛或脱位；
（2）未按试验方案规定治疗的病例，难以评估干预措施的疗效；
（3）短暂脑缺血发作，可逆性神经功能缺损者，有其他继发性疾病者(如梗塞后脑出血的患者)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with upper-limb dysfunction caused by other diseases, such as traumatic fracture, amputation, severe joint disease, or rheumatoid arthritis;
2. Those with major diseases, such as myocardial infarction or severe heart failure, liver and kidney in the near future (within 4 weeks), incomplete or poorly controlled diabetes mellitus, or severe shoulder pain or dislocation;
3. Patients with transient ischemic attack, reversible neurological deficits, or other secondary diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage after infarction).
