研究目的：

分析高血磷对社区老年人群的远期预后的影响，寻找血磷控制的关键节点  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the impact of high blood phosphorus on the long-term prognosis of the elderly in the community, and look for the key nodes for blood phosphorus control

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1、具有完整人口学资料（年龄、性别、身高、体重、合并疾病、血压、婚姻、教育、吸烟）；
2、具有研究所需血生化及免疫指标（血电解质、血常规、肝肾功能、血脂、尿常规）；
3、具有随访的结局事件记录（死亡、心脑血管疾病）；
4、理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Complete demographic data (age, gender, height, weight, combined diseases, blood pressure, marriage, education, smoking);
2. Have blood biochemical and immune indicators (blood electrolytes, blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, urine routine) required for research;
3. Records of follow-up outcome events (death, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases);
4. Understand and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、排除严重骨质疏松、肾上腺或甲状旁腺疾病的患者，排除严重感染、贫血（Hb<60g/L）、低蛋白血症（Alb<30g/L）；合并肿瘤、严重心血管疾病、造血系统、消化系统疾病者；
2、排除常规口服活性卫生素D或钙剂的人群；
3、排除一个月内或正在参加其他与饮食、药物相关的研究人群。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe osteoporosis, adrenal or parathyroid disease, severe infection, anemia (Hb<60g/L), hypoproteinemia (Alb<30g/L); tumors, severe cardiovascular disease, hematopoietic and digestive diseases;
2. Patients who routinely take active supplement D or calcium;
3. Patients who are participating in other studies related to diet and drugs within one month.
