研究目的：

系统评价三种白癜风外科治疗（表皮吸疱移植、表皮细胞悬液移植和组织工程皮肤移植）的疗效和安全性，建立相应的技术技术标准，最终为外科治疗难治性白癜风的推广应用奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of three surgical treatments for vitiligo (epidermal suction blister transplantation, epidermal cell suspension transplantation and tissue-engineered skin transplantation), and to establish corresponding technical standards, and finally to lay a foundation for the popularization and application of surgical treatment for refractory vitiligo.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 稳定期白癜风患者，稳定期定义为至少1年内无新发皮损且原有皮损无扩大，无同形反应；
2. 年龄为18至65岁，无严重的心肺疾病，无活动性传染病、血液系统疾病；
3. 其它治疗方法无效；
4. 签署知情同意书，愿意接受手术治疗；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with vitiligo at a stable stage, defined as no new skin lesion within at least 1 year, no expansion of the original skin lesion, and no isomorphous reaction;
2. Aged between 18 and 65, no serious heart and lung diseases, no active infectious diseases, and no blood system diseases;
3. Other treatments are ineffective
4. Sign the informed consent form and be willing to accept surgical treatment.

排除标准：

1. 具有瘢痕体质的患者；
2. 不能配合手术的患者；
3. 有严重的内科疾病或传染性疾病，不适合创伤性操作的患者；
4. 女性妊娠；
5. 近期参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with scar constitution;
2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the operation;
3. Patients with serious medical or infectious diseases are not suitable for traumatic operation;
4. pregnancy;
5. Recently participated in other clinical studies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

受试者签署知情同意书后,由固定医生询问并记录患者基本资料，患者试验前后以及随访时进行拍照，并记录皮损面积，复色面积。拍照人员固定，并应用固定型号数码照相机，固定背景和角度。所有数据记录在病例表中，并放在专门地点由专人保管。数人核对，确保数据的真实性，可追溯性和完整性。应用应急信封，紧急情况下经项目负责人同意打开盲底。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

After the subjects signed the informed consent, the fixed doctor asked and recorded the basic data of the patients, and the patients were photographed before and after the test and during the follow-up, and the lesion area and the color area were recorded.The photographer fixed, and applied fixed model digital camera, fixed background and Angle.All data are recorded in the case sheet and kept in a special location.Check with several people to ensure data authenticity, traceability and integrity.Use an emergency envelope to open the bottom with the consent of the project leader in case of emergency.
