研究目的：

该研究的目标是探讨LDL-C水平的分层管理对非瓣膜心房颤动患者的血栓事件影响，具体为：1）通过多中心前瞻性试验进一步验证LDL-C是房颤患者发生血栓栓塞事件的独立危险因素 2）在根据CHA2DS2-Vasc评分进行标准抗凝治疗的基础上，分层降脂以控制LDL-C水平可有助于减少与房颤相关的血栓形成（低危组[CHA2DS2-Vasc<2]＜2.155 mmol / L ，高危组[基线CHA2DS2-Vasc≥2] ＜ 2.795 mmol / L） 3）LDL-C可通过非动脉粥样硬化介导途径影响房颤患者血栓发生（排除基线合并血管疾病患者）。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether stratified management of LDL-C could change the thrombogenic risk of NVAF patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

① 根据既往病史、相关辅助检查确诊为心房颤动；
② 年龄≥40岁，性别不限；
③ 确诊心房颤动≤5年；

Inclusion criteria

1. NVAF patients;
2. Aged >= 40 years;
3. diagnosed less than 5 years.

排除标准：

①基线时已有任何血栓事件史的患者，包括缺血性中风，短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA），肠系膜栓塞，脾栓塞，肺栓塞（PE）和深静脉血栓形成（DVT）
②未进行风险评估或没有按照CHA2DS2-Vasc评分进行适当抗凝治疗的患者
③瓣膜病：中，重度二尖瓣狭窄或人工瓣膜患者
④性别，出生日期，诊断或缺乏心电图有关的数据缺失的患者
⑤其他严重合并疾病：肝肾功能严重不全；NYHA心功能分级IV或LVEF <25 %；基础已知的脑血管疾病；接受过心脏外科手术；复杂的先天性心脏病（可纳入的先天的心脏病包括房间隔缺损，室间隔缺损，二叶主动脉瓣狭窄；未经治疗的表现和潜在的高甲状腺或甲状腺功能减退症或<3个月甲状腺功能减退症；
⑥患者拒绝签署知情同意书、拒绝随访者。
