研究目的：

本研究在现有肠道菌群与神经系统疾病的关系基础上开展口腔菌群与急性缺血性脑卒中（脑梗死）及神经变性疾病（阿尔茨海默病和原发性帕金森病）的临床相关性研究，筛查相关疾病的口腔菌群特异性生物标记物，为后续开发疾病诊断、预测、治疗预后判断的标记物试剂盒做前期临床研究，以及寻找后续进一步的疾病病理生理研究和治疗的靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the existing relationship between intestinal flora and nervous system diseases, the clinical correlation between oral flora and acute ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's disease and primary Parkinson's disease) was carried out to screen the specific biomarkers of oral flora of related diseases, so as to develop disease diagnosis, prediction and prognosis judgment Objective: to do preliminary clinical research and find the target of further pathophysiological research and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 依据TOAST分型符合大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者200例；
2. 神经变性病(原发性帕金森病和阿尔茨海默病)患者200例；
3. 与患者年龄、性别、生活习惯等流行病学信息相匹配的正常对照人群400例。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to toast classification, there were 200 patients with large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction;
2. 200 patients with neurodegenerative diseases (primary Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease);
3. 400 normal controls matched with the age, gender and living habits of the patients.

排除标准：

1个月内口服过抗生物、佩戴假牙、缺少8颗以上牙齿。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who took oral antibiotics, wore dentures and lacked more than 8 teeth within one month.
