研究目的：

本项目拟采用深度学习的方法分别建立基于特征和基于CT图像的骨折风险预测模型，并与传统的FRAX方法进行对比分析。希望通过此方法建立更准确的风险预测模型，从而帮助临床尽早做出诊断，给予治疗，降低骨折发生的风险，提高老年人的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, deep learning method is used to establish fracture risk prediction models based on lumber spine CT images, and compare with FraX method.We hope to establish a more accurate risk prediction model through this method, so as to help clinical diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible, reduce the risk of fracture, and improve the quality of life of the elderly.

纳入标准：

65岁以上老年患者

Inclusion criteria

Old patients over 65

排除标准：

（1）考虑存在其它引起骨折的原因如肿瘤、外伤等；
（2）存在其它代谢性骨病史如骨硬化症、佩吉特病、类风湿性关节炎、骨软化症、成骨不全、骨硬化症、强直性脊柱炎、库欣病、高泌乳血症和吸收不良综合征；
（3）存在显著的精神疾病（如精神分裂症和严重的抑郁症等），以及酒精滥用或药物使用障碍；
（4）有严重的视力、听力障碍而不能配合检查；
（5）有严重的心、肺、肾功能不全或终末期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other causes of fracture such as tumor and trauma should be considered;
(2) Other metabolic bone diseases, such as osteosclerosis, Paget's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, osteomalacia, osteogenesis imperfecta, osteosclerosis, ankylosing spondylitis, Cushing's disease, hyperprolactinemia and malabsorption syndrome;
(3) Significant mental disorders (such as schizophrenia and severe depression), as well as alcohol abuse or drug use disorders;
(4) Serious visual and hearing impairment and can not cooperate with the examination;
(5) Serious heart, lung, renal insufficiency patients.
