研究目的：

通过随机对照临床试验，研究冷冻保存的脂肪组织移植的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evalutate the effectiveness of cryopreserved adipose tissue transplantation through randomized controlled clinical trials

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄：18-60岁；
(2) 性别：男女不限；
(3) 面部软组织凹陷需要脂肪移植治疗者；
(4) 双侧面部对称部位均需治疗者；
(5) 自愿签署知情同意书、参加本研究并能够配合完成随访工作者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 18-60 years old;
(2) Gender: male and female;
(3) Patients with facial soft tissue depression needing fat transplantation;
(4) Patients with symmetry bilateral facial depression
(5) They voluntarily signed informed consent, participated in the study and were able to cooperate with the follow-up workers.

排除标准：

(1) 不适合脂肪移植者；
(2) 仅单侧软组织凹陷者；
(3) 术区存在局部病变，如感染、血运障碍、延期愈合史、软组织活力下降、放疗史或将接受放疗、活动性溃疡等；
(4) 合并严重内科疾病（如糖尿病、肝炎、冠心病、动脉硬化、肾小球肾炎、自身免疫性疾病等）；
(5) 正在接受抗凝药物治疗者且无法暂停治疗的；
(6) 研究者根据实验室检查及其他临床体征和症状判断受试者有血常规异常、凝血功能异常、心功能异常、肝功能异常或肾功能异常
(7) 经外科医生评定不能够耐受手术风险者；
(8) 孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
(9) 有精神性疾病、无自知力、不能确切表达及合作者；
(10) 本研究筛查访视前30天内参加过其他临床试验者；
(11) 未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) It is not suitable for fat transplantation;
(2) Only unilateral soft tissue was depressed;
(3) There were local lesions in the operation area, such as infection, blood supply disturbance, delayed healing history, decreased soft tissue vitality, history of radiotherapy or going to receive radiotherapy, active ulcer, etc;
(4) Severe medical diseases (such as diabetes, hepatitis, coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, glomerulonephritis, autoimmune diseases, etc.) were complicated;
(5) Those who are receiving anticoagulant therapy and cannot suspend treatment;
(6) According to the laboratory examination and other clinical signs and symptoms, the researchers judged that the subjects had abnormal blood routine test, abnormal coagulation function, abnormal cardiac function, abnormal liver function or renal function
(7) Those who can't tolerate the operation risk according to the surgeon's evaluation;
(8) Pregnant and lactating women;
(9) Those who have mental illness, have no insight, can not express and cooperate with each other;
(10) In this study, participants in other clinical trials within 30 days before the visit were screened;
(11) Those who have not signed the informed consent.
