研究目的：

本研究旨在利用多模态超声成像测定细胞间质情况，建立雌激素受体阳性乳腺癌内分泌治疗耐药的预测模型并通过前瞻性研究加以验证，为乳腺癌内分泌精准治疗提供新的策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to determine cell stromal by multimodal ultrasound imaging technology, and construct an endecrine resistance prediction model for ER+ subtype breast cancer, which may provide a new strategy for endocrine precision treatment of breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.知情同意自愿参与本项目；
2.我院2016-2020年初始接受内分泌治疗敏感和耐药的ER阳性乳腺癌患者；
3.临床资料及多模态超声资料完备的病例

Inclusion criteria

1. Signed informed consent;
2. ER+ subtype breast cancer patients who were sensitive or resistant to endocrine therapy in our hospital from 2016 to 2020;
3. Patients with complete clinical and multimodal ultrasound imaging information.

排除标准：

1.有超声造影禁忌症的病人；
2.一般临床资料不完备的病例；
3.多模态超声资料不完备的病例

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindication of CEUS;
2. Patients without complete clinical information;
3. Patients without complete multimodal ultrasound imaging information.
