研究目的：

拟探讨既往通过色盲检查图判定为II级色盲、无法申领驾驶证的人群，其驾驶小型汽车的可能性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the possibility of driving small cars for people who have previously been judged as grade II color blind and unable to apply for driver's license by color blindness examination chart.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18~60岁，被判定为II级色盲，可配合检查，双眼最佳矫正视力均≥0.8；签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

18-60 years old; was judged as grade II color blindness; can cooperate with the examination; the best corrected visual acuity of both eyes ≥ 0.8; signed informed consent

排除标准：

1）有任何一眼最佳矫正视力低于0.8，或有明显视野缺陷者；
2）有严重眼部疾病者，或眼部疾病可能影响色觉判断者；
3）有任何可能影响视觉质量高阶像差的眼部手术史者；
4）反应迟钝可能明显影响驾驶表现或辨别时间者；
5）除色觉外其他条件不符合驾驶证申领者；
6）除色觉外其他任何疾病可能影响驾驶表现和驾驶安全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of any eye was lower than 0.8 or had obvious visual field defect;

2) Patients with serious eye diseases or eye diseases may affect color perception judgment;

3) Any history of ocular surgery that may affect the visual quality of high-order aberrations;

4) Slow reaction may significantly affect driving performance or time discrimination;

5) Those who do not meet the requirements of driver's license except for color vision;

6) In addition to color vision, any other disease may affect driving performance and driving safety.
