研究目的：

研究在我院产检的子痫前期中低危人群中补充L-精氨酸对子痫前期的预防作用、对妊娠结局的影响和对一氧化氮合成的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the preventive effect of L-arginine on preeclampsia, pregnancy outcome and nitric oxide synthesis in low-risk pre eclampsia population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组：服用含5g 安慰剂的医疗食品棒，5g/天（2.5g/次，每日2次），服用至分娩； 试验组：服用含5g L-精氨酸的医疗食品棒，5g/天（2.5g/次，每日2次），服用至分娩。 对照组医疗食品棒成分：饱和脂肪酸 0.5g，单不饱和脂肪酸 0.5g，多不饱和脂肪酸 1.0g，胆固醇 10mg，钠 65mg，钾 100mg，碳水化合物 19g，膳食纤维1.0g，葡萄糖 12.0g，蛋白 9g。 L-精氨酸组医疗食品棒成分：饱和脂肪酸 0.5g，单不饱和脂肪酸 0.5g，多不饱和脂肪酸 1.0g，胆固醇 10mg，钠 65mg，钾 100mg，碳水化合物 19g，膳食纤维1.0g，葡萄糖 12.0g，蛋白 9g，L-精氨酸 2.5g。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Control group: take 5g medical food stick containing placebo, 5g / day (2.5g / time, twice a day) until delivery; Experimental group: take medical food stick containing 5g L-arginine, 5g / day (2.5g / time, twice a day) until delivery. In the control group, the composition of medical food stick: saturated fatty acid 0.5g, monounsaturated fatty acid 0.5g, polyunsaturated fatty acid 1.0g, cholesterol 10mg, sodium 65mg, potassium 100mg, carbohydrate 19g, dietary fiber 1.0g, glucose 12.0g, protein 9g. In Experimental group, the composition of medical food stick was as follows: saturated fatty acid 0.5g, monounsaturated fatty acid 0.5g, polyunsaturated fatty acid 1.0g, cholesterol 10mg, sodium 65mg, potassium 100mg, carbohydrate 19g, dietary fiber 1.0g, glucose 12.0g, protein 9g, L-arginine 2.5G. 

纳入标准：

1）汉族女性；
2）单胎妊娠；
3）24周前建卡产检；
4）能够获得分娩结局信息；
5）年龄范围：18-50岁；
6）具有1种及以上下列高危因素：首次妊娠、年龄≥40岁、妊娠间隔大于10年、体重指数≥35kg/m2、多囊卵巢综合征、PE家族史、多胎妊娠、捐赠肾脏的妇女、妊娠15周时的平均动脉压偏高、孕妇本人出生体重大于等于4000g、冠心病家族史、当前妊娠期阴道出血超过5天。

Inclusion criteria

1) Han women;
2) single pregnancy;
3) 24 weeks before the establishment of birth examination card;
4) can obtain the delivery outcome information;
5) age range: 18-50 years old;
6) have one or more of the following high-risk factors: first pregnancy, aged >= 40 years, pregnancy interval more than 10 years, body mass index >= 35 kg / m2, polycystic ovary syndrome, family history of PE, multiple pregnancy, women with kidney donation, 15 weeks of pregnancy The results showed that the average arterial pressure was higher than or equal to 4000g, the family history of coronary heart disease, and the current vaginal bleeding during pregnancy was more than 5 days.

排除标准：

妊娠期PE或高血压史、慢性肾脏疾病、慢性高血压、糖尿病（1型或2型）、自身免疫性疾病（包括系统性红斑狼疮或抗磷脂综合征）、癌症或家族史（一级亲属的癌症）、需要长期服用药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with pregnancy history of PE or hypertension, chronic kidney disease, chronic hypertension, diabetes (type 1 or 2), autoimmune diseases (including systemic lupus erythematosus or antiphospholipid syndrome), cancer or family history (cancer of first-degree relatives), and patients requiring long-term medication.
