Objectives of Study: |
1. Evaluate the feasibility of quantitative detection of Tg by immunochromatography with nano-fluorescent microspheres; 2. To clarify whether the nano-fluorescent microsphere immunochromatographic quantitative detection of Tg is interfered by thyroglobulin antibody; 3. Comparing the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound, FNAC, chemiluminescence detection, and quantitative immunochromatographic detection of nano-fluorescent microspheres; 4. Discuss the influencing factors of immunochromatographic quantitative detection of nano-fluorescent microspheres, and establish standardized operating procedures. |
