研究目的：

本项目拟开展儿童肝移植患者术后肝脏超声检查、MMP-7测定结合肝穿刺，对肝纤维化分期进行研究，探索儿童肝移植患者肝脏纤维化的无创检查手段，为肝脏纤维化的诊断、分期预测、定期监测提供有效工具，从而提高儿童肝移植患者的存活率。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to carry out children after liver transplantation in patients with liver ultrasound examination and determination of MMP - 7, combined with the liver biopsy, the study of liver fibrosis stage, explore pediatric liver transplantation in patients with liver fibrosis noninvasive examination method, forecast the diagnosis and staging of liver fibrosis, regular monitoring and provide effective tools, so as to improve the survival rate of patients with liver transplantation in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＜14周岁；
2.于我院进行肝移植手术；
3.临床资料完整；
4.同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged < 14 years;
2. Liver transplantation was performed in our hospital;
3. Complete clinical data;
4. Agree and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并其他器官功能衰竭、重度肺动脉高压和急性呼吸窘迫综合征；
2.伴有严重心功能不全的主动脉瓣狭窄、严重瓣膜性心脏病以及晚期心肌病；
3.严重的全身性感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other organ failure, severe pulmonary hypertension and acute respiratory distress syndrome;
2. Aortic stenosis with severe cardiac insufficiency, severe valvular heart disease and advanced cardiomyopathy;
3. Severe systemic infection.
