研究目的：

通过计算机辅助技术，为每一位患者设计并打印个体化的能紧密贴合自身外鼻形态的双层鼻夹板装置，让患者术后能更舒适、更顺畅的通过鼻子呼吸。  

Objectives of Study：

To design individual 3D printed double-layer nasal splint device for each patient aided by computer. So that patients can breathe through the nose more comfortably and smoothly after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-65岁，男女不限。II型鼻骨骨折，伴有明显外鼻畸形或鼻腔通气障碍的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18-65 years old, men or women.Type II nasal bone fracture with nasal dysmorphia and nasal obstruction.

排除标准：

CT显示鼻中隔骨折、慢性鼻窦炎或伴有鼻息肉患者或鼻腔占位性病变患者，近期有鼻腔鼻窦急性炎症性疾病患者.

Exclusion criteria：

Nasal septum deviation on CT scan.Patients wiht acute and chronic rhinitis and sinusitis or nasal polyp or space-occupying lesions in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.
