研究目的：

我们的研究旨在调查卵巢储备功能减退患者血清RBP4和CRP浓度，并进一步检查抗苗勒激素和视黄醇结合蛋白4或C-反应蛋白水平之间的可能联系。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study was designed to investigate serum RBP4 and CRP concentrations in DOR patients and to further examine the possible link between AMH and RBP4 or, CRP levels.

纳入标准：

年龄20-40岁不孕女性，血糖血脂正常，无心血管疾病及相关家族史

Inclusion criteria

The infertile women aged 20-40 years had normal blood glucose and lipids and no family history of cardiovascular disease

排除标准：

排除标准如下:(1)有无或既往有任何代谢、内分泌和感染疾病史;(2)肥胖(体重指数(BMI)，≥28 kg/m2);(三)使用含维生素A的甾体类药物或复合维生素;(4)单侧或双侧卵巢手术;(5)其他与生育有关的因素，如吸烟、饮酒和饮食;(6)有心血管疾病或其他代谢性疾病的家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were as follows: (1) presence or previous history of any metabolic, endocrine and infection disease; (2) obesity (body mass index (BMI), ≥28 kg/m2 ); (3) use of steroidal drugs or multivitamins containing vitamin A; (4) unilateral or bilateral ovarian surgery; (5) other factors related to fertility, such as smoking, alcohol consumption and diet; (6) family history of cardiovascular diseases or other metabolic diseases.
