（1）个体化鼻腔扩容术治疗伴有鼻塞的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征主、客观疗效（2）术前手术模拟评估的准确性

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）主诉为鼻塞，并伴睡眠打鼾和呼吸暂停，多导睡眠监测发现呼吸暂停低通气指数异常，符合OSAHS的诊断标准，且保守治疗效果不佳；（2）有明显的鼻腔平面阻塞，鼻声反射及鼻阻力检测发现鼻腔阻力增高，鼻内镜检查及鼻窦CT扫描证实为鼻腔狭小和解剖结构异常。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The main complaint was nasal congestion, accompanied by sleep snoring and apnea. Polysomnography found that the apnea-hypopnea index was abnormal, which met the diagnostic criteria of OSAHS, and the conservative treatment was not effective; (2) There was obvious nasal obstruction, Nasal acoustic reflex and nasal resistance tests revealed increased nasal cavity resistance. Nasal endoscopy and sinus CT scan confirmed that the nasal cavity was narrow and the anatomical structure was abnormal.

排除标准：

（1）有明显的咽喉平面阻塞：Friedman分级为2级以上，扁桃体2度及以上，明显咽喉腔狭小；（2）具有以下情况：伴有慢性鼻窦炎需要行内镜鼻窦手术；伴有鼻腔良、恶性肿瘤；患有其他类型睡眠疾病（中枢性呼吸暂停、不宁腿综合征、发作性睡病等）；患有神经精神性疾病（帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病）；患有严重的心脑血管疾病、慢性阻塞性肺病、哮喘；酗酒、滥用药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There is obvious obstruction of the throat plane: Friedman grade is 2 or higher, tonsils are second degree or higher, and the throat cavity is obviously narrow; (2) With the following conditions: with chronic sinusitis, endoscopic sinus surgery is required; with nasal cavity Benign and malignant tumors; suffering from other types of sleep diseases (central apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, etc.); suffering from neuropsychiatric diseases (Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease); suffering from Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma; alcoholism, drug abuse.
