研究目的：

在前期几代夹板研究的基础上，汲取优点，不断改良，对桡骨远端骨折牵引型夹板进行优化定型研发。再通过临床研究，验证该型夹板的治疗效果，进一步优化设计，实现成果转化，为临床应用推广奠定基础，也为未来磁疗、纳米透药等功能型模块的加入创造条件，从而进一步传承中医精华，造福桡骨远端骨折患者。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of previous generations of splint research, drawing on the advantages and continuous improvement, the traction splint for distal radius fracture was optimized and finalized. Through clinical research, we can verify the therapeutic effect of this splint, further optimize the design, achieve the transformation of results, lay the foundation for clinical application, and create conditions for the future functional modules such as magnetic therapy and nano drug penetration, so as to further inherit the essence of Chinese medicine and create patients with distal radius fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.年龄在18-85岁之间，男女不限；
b.符合桡骨远端骨折诊断标准的患者，在骨折AO分型属于A型、B型骨折；
c.应为新鲜闭合性骨折，并未合并其他部位骨折和接受其他方法治疗的患者；
d.签署知情同意书；
e.能积极配合医生并自愿接受随访及做相关评分工作的患者。

Inclusion criteria

a. The age is between 18 and 85 years old;
b. According to AO classification, patients with distal radius fractures were classified as type A and type B fractures;
c. It should be a fresh closed fracture, not combined with other parts of the fracture and received other treatment methods;
d. Sign informed consent form;
e. Patients who can actively cooperate with doctors and voluntarily accept follow-up and do relevant scoring work.

排除标准：

a.进行桡骨远端骨折手法复位后不能达到功能复位的患者；
b.有风湿疾病需长期服用激素以及病理性骨折的患者；
c.有严重心脑血管疾病、糖尿病以及精神类疾病，不能耐受手法复位和外固定的患者；
d.手腕部皮肤发生破损、感染、溃疡，不能耐受外固定的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Patients who can not achieve functional reduction after manual reduction of distal radius fractures;
b. Patients with rheumatic disease who need to take hormone for a long time and pathological fracture;
c. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and psychiatric diseases who can not tolerate manual reduction and external fixation;
d. Patients with wrist skin damage, infection, ulcer, can not tolerate external fixation.
