研究目的：

明确Onyx和无水乙醇作为主要栓塞材料介入栓塞AVMs的安全性； 评估Onyx和无水乙醇介入栓塞AVMs的临床有效性； 遴选出优势栓塞材料，作为今后介入栓塞AVMs的首选栓塞材料。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Objective to determine the safety of Onyx and ethanol as the main embolic materials for interventional embolization of AVMs; 2.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Onyx and ethanol interventional embolization for AVMs; 3.The superior embolic materials were selected as the first choice for interventional embolization of AVMs in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者无AVMs治疗史，包括介入及手术史。
（2）符合AVMs诊断标准：血管造影有动静脉分流，存在畸形血管团。
（3）患者依从性好又无禁忌症的病例。
（4）有影像学检查结果。
（5）患者年龄及男女不限，自愿参加；患者及其家属同意且签署好知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) There was no history of AVMs treatment, including intervention and surgery.
(2) According to the diagnostic criteria of AVMs, arteriovenous shunt and abnormal vascular mass were found.
(3) Patients with good compliance and no contraindications.
(4) There were imaging findings.
(5) The patients and their families agreed and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠和哺乳妇女、有药物过敏史者、肝肾功能不全者、心肺功能不全者。
（2）开始治疗后经慎重区别，对于不符合设计方案要求或可能影响试验结果的病例如误诊动静脉畸形者。
（3）受试者中途退出者。
（4）疗程没有结束即退出实验者，如死亡、自动出院等。
（5）在治疗过程中出现过敏的急性发作期的病例。
（6）疗程未结束，病人由于其他原因退出试验或死亡者。
（7）无法随访者和观察中自然脱离者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant and lactating women, history of drug allergy, liver and kidney dysfunction, heart and lung dysfunction.
(2) After treatment, the patients who did not meet the design requirements or may affect the test results, such as misdiagnosis of arteriovenous malformation, were carefully differentiated.
(3) The subjects dropped out.
(4) Patients who quit the experiment before the end of treatment, such as death, automatic discharge, etc.
(5) In the course of treatment allergic acute attack cases.
(6) If the course of treatment is not over, the patient withdraws from the trial or dies due to other reasons.
(7) Those who could not be followed up and naturally separated during observation.
