研究目的：

本课题在已有临床数据库和生物样本库的基础上，引入液态活检、多组学分析及其他相应的分析技术，形成集临床数据库、生物样本库和肿瘤生物信息库为一体的大型基础和临床研究综合数据库，并通过新的人工智能分析方法对其进行深入的挖掘，寻找新的早期诊断标志物、疗效监测指标、个体化治疗标志物，以指导胰腺癌的精准诊疗。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of clinical database and biological sample library we have, liquid biopsy, multi-group analysis and other corresponding analytical techniques will be introduced to establish a comprehensive database of large basic and clinical studies. Then we decide to deep dig new markers for early diagnosis, efficacy monitoring, and individualized treatment via artificial intelligence analysis method, in order to guide the accurate diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer

所有经手术或穿刺活检病理确诊的胰腺占位的患者

Inclusion criteria

All patients diagnosed pathologically with pancreatic tumor by surgery or puncture biopsy

排除标准：

非胰腺占位患者或无病理学诊断患者

Exclusion criteria：

Non-pancreatic space-occupying patients; patients without pathological diagnosis
