研究目的:

证实机器人技术辅助电极植入较传统技术能更好地实现电极全鼓阶植入,提高听觉预后。  

Objectives of Study:

To study the advantages of robot-assisted electrode array insertion (cochlear implantation) in the full scalar tympani insertion and auditory outcome, comparing with the manual insertion technique.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1)年龄≥6月的双侧重度、极重度感音神经性耳聋患者;重度以上耳聋时间不超过15年;助听器无效或效果很差;符合人工耳蜗植入适应证
2)CT/MRI未见内耳解剖明显异常;
3)受试者无全身麻醉手术禁忌症;
4)行双侧同品牌人工耳蜗植入者

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with bilateral severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss whose age are ≥6 months; deafness duration is less than 15 years; patients cannot be benefited from hearing aids; candidate for cochlear implantation
2)No important abnormalities of inner ear was observed by CT/MRI;
3)Patients have no contraindications to general anesthesia;
4)Bilateral cochlear implantation with same model of implants

排除标准:

1)既往有以下系统性疾病(心脏、神经系统、肾脏、肝脏或凝血系统);
2)患者目前使用抗凝药物、进行期或活动期感染等其他全身性疾病;
3)未按方案要求进行试验者;
4)因任何原因而拒绝参与的患者;
5)预期人工耳蜗植入效果不佳的患者(解剖因素、家庭因素等);
6)CT/MRI影像学重建提示内耳解剖明显异常者

Exclusion criteria:

1) Previous systemic diseases (heart, nervous system, kidney, liver or coagulation system);
2) Patient currently uses other systemic diseases such as anticoagulant drugs, active or active infections;
3) Patients who do not follow this protocol ;
4) Patients who refuse to participate for any reason;
5) Patients who are expected to have poor auditory outcome with CI (anatomical factors, family factors, etc);
6) CT/MRI reconstruction revealed important abnormality of inner ear

由上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院统计师甲进行随机,使用SAS9.4软件生成随机化种子,采用信封法进行分配隐藏,发放随机号以决定患者双侧入组情况。信封外为序号,信封内为随机号和分组情况,分为机器人植入或手动植入。
