To study the advantages of robot-assisted electrode array insertion (cochlear implantation) in the full scalar tympani insertion and auditory outcome, comparing with the manual insertion technique. |

|
纳入标准: |
1)年龄≥6月的双侧重度、极重度感音神经性耳聋患者;重度以上耳聋时间不超过15年;助听器无效或效果很差;符合人工耳蜗植入适应证 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Inclusion criteria |
1) Patients with bilateral severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss whose age are ≥6 months; deafness duration is less than 15 years; patients cannot be benefited from hearing aids; candidate for cochlear implantation |

1)既往有以下系统性疾病(心脏、神经系统、肾脏、肝脏或凝血系统); |

1) Previous systemic diseases (heart, nervous system, kidney, liver or coagulation system); |
