研究目的：

①明确减重手术后补充膳食纤维是否能对患者减重效果、术后排便习惯及代谢产生有利影响，为减重手术后的营养护理提供新的思路 ②比较不同BMI、不同年龄、不同性别、不同手术方式下补充膳食纤维的影响效果有何不同  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To clarify whether dietary fiber after bariatric surgery can have a beneficial effect on the weight loss, postoperative bowel habits and metabolism of patients, and provide new ideas for nutritional care after bariatric surgery (2)To compare the effects of dietary fiber supplementation under different BMI, different ages, different genders, and different surgical methods

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①肥胖（BMI≥28kg/m2）患者并准备进行减重手术
②年龄18-65岁
③同意入选本研究并签署知情同意书
④试验前3个月内未参加过其它药物临床试验

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients with obesity (BMI≥28kg/m2) and preparing for bariatric surgery
(2)Patients Aged 18-65 years old
(3)Agree to be selected for this study and sign the informed consent form
(4)Did not participate in other drug clinical trials within 3 months before the trial

排除标准：

①既往减重手术
②内分泌失调引起的继发性肥胖
③胃肠疾病、严重肝脏或肾脏疾病、恶性肿瘤病史
④研究期间服用泻药，降糖药，降脂药等影响试验结果的药物
⑤有任何其他原因,经研究者判断不能完成本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1)have had bariatric surgery
(2)Secondary obesity caused by endocrine disorders
(3)History of gastrointestinal disease, severe liver or kidney disease, malignant tumor
(4)Take laxatives, hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs and other drugs that affect the test results during the study
(5)Patients who cannot complete the study for any other reason
