研究目的：

探索结合中医体质与指脉搏波参数等两者以预测结缔组织病相关间质性肺炎患者风险的方法，创新此类患者的慢病管理模式，最终降低患者的疾病负担与死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a method to combine TCM constitution and finger pulse wave parameters to predict the risk of patients with connective tissue disease-related interstitial pneumonia, so as to innovate the chronic disease management model of such patients, and ultimately to reduce the disease burden and mortality of them.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄35-75岁；（2）符合风湿免疫性疾病的诊断标准，如系统性硬化症、皮肌炎/多发性肌炎、干燥综合征、类风湿关节炎及系统性红斑狼疮等；（3）肺影像学表现符合肺间质病变诊断标准；（4）愿意配合于本院完成胸部CT、肺功能及各类理化检查；（5）能够阅读、理解并给出书面的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 35-75 years old; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for rheumatic immune diseases, such as systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis/polymyositis, Sjogrens syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus, etc. (3) Lung imaging findings meet the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary interstitial lesions; (4) Willing to cooperate in the hospital to complete chest CT, lung function and various physical and chemical examinations; (5) Able to read, understand and give written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不符合CTD或不符合ILD的西医诊断标准；（2）目前合并有其他严重的心肺疾病，如哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管扩张伴咯血、囊性纤维化、肺癌、不稳定性心脏疾病等患者；（3）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；（4）年龄小于35岁或大于75岁者；（5）不合作者（指不愿或不能提供病史资料以及不愿意配合完成胸部CT、肺功能及各类理化检查）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Does not meet CTD or does not meet the diagnostic criteria of ILD; (2) Currently combined with other serious cardiopulmonary diseases, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis with hemoptysis, cystic fibrosis, lung cancer, and instability Patients with sexual heart disease; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) those younger than 35 or older than 75 years old; (5) uncooperative (referring to unwilling or inability to provide medical history data and unwillingness to cooperate in Chest CT, Lung function and various physical and chemical tests).
