探索妊娠期糖尿病孕妇外周血B淋巴细胞比例及IgA抗体水平对妊娠期糖尿病预后的评估价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the evaluation value of the percentage of peripheral blood B lymphocytes and the level of IgA antibodies in pregnanct women with gestational diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

于我院正规产检并分娩，年龄在25-35岁之间，无既往糖尿病病史的育龄期妇女可纳入该研究。

Inclusion criteria

Women of childbearing age, aged between 25 and 35 years old, with no previous history of diabetes in our hospital will be include in this study.

排除标准：

以下几类孕妇将不被纳入该项研究：
① 年龄≦18岁，或≥35岁的孕妇；
② 既往有糖尿病病史；
③ 孕期OGTT检查提示为PGDM者，即：空腹血浆葡萄糖≥7.0mmol/L；或75g口服葡萄糖耐量试验服糖后2h血糖≥11.1mmol/L；或伴有典型的高血糖症状或高血糖危象，同时随机血糖≥11.1mmol/L；或糖化血红蛋白≥6.5％。
④ 患有妊娠期高血压疾病，自身免疫性疾病如系统性红斑狼疮等的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

The following categories of pregnant women will not be included in the study:
1. Pregnant women with age <= 18 years old or >= 35 years old;
2. Women with previous history of diabetes;
3. OGTT examination during pregnancy indicates PGDM, that is: fasting plasma glucose >= 7.0mmol/l; or 75g oral glucose tolerance test 2 hours after taking glucose >= 11.1mmol/l; or accompanied by typical hyperglycemia symptoms or hyperglycemic crisis, and random blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/l; or glycosylated hemoglobin >= 6.5%.
4. Pregnant women with gestational hypertension, autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.
