研究目的：

本项目针对临床上常见的LST，通过多种研究手段系统性分析参与LST侧向生长发育以及影响LST复发及恶变的关键基因/基因群，拟通过临床研究进一步扩大相应病例进行验证，从而筛选预测结直肠LST诊断、预后监测和防治的重要指标，为LST的诊治提供相应的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Aimed at clinically common LST, by using a variety of research methods, this study will systematically analyze the key gene/genes, involved in the process of LST lateral growth and recurrence and malignant transformation, which will be further verified in more patients through this study. We will look for the reliable biomarkers to predict the diagnosis and prognosis for LST.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1） 年龄≥18岁;
2） 符合LST的诊断标准：直径10mm以上、呈侧向扩展而非垂直生长的一类浅表型病变；
3） 能够耐受肠镜检查或肠镜治疗的患者；
4） 体重指数（BMI，Body Mass Index）18-30kg/m2；
5） 能够理解试验的目的，自愿参加并签署知情同意书的患者

Inclusion criteria

1) age≥18;
2) diagnosis if LST;
3) Patients who are able to tolerate colonoscopy or colonoscopy treatment
4) BMI: 18-30
5)Patients who can understand the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1） 合并其他部位消化道恶性肿瘤的患者；
2） 家族性腺瘤性息肉病(familial adenomatous polyposis，FAP)和遗传性非息肉病性结肠癌(hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer，HNpCC)患者；
3） 有严重心、肺、肝、肾疾患而不能耐受肠镜治疗者；
4） 拒绝接受随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with other malignant tumors of the digestive tract'
2) Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP) or hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNpCC);
3) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and unable to tolerate colonoscopy treatment;
4) Patients who refuse follow-up.
