研究目的：

通过对瑞金医院淋巴结穿刺标本和活检切除标本的回顾性分析并作对比研究，旨在探讨淋巴结核芯针穿刺活检在淋巴造血系统疾病的诊断、治疗及预后中的价值，从而为患者制定出一套淋巴结核芯针穿刺活检的规范化病理诊断流程，同时为临床靶向治疗、个体化治疗乃至精准医疗提供更多的客观证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the retrospective analysis and comparative study of lymph node puncture specimens and biopsy specimens from Ruijin Hospital, the aim is to explore the value of lymphatic tuberculosis core needle aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of lymphoid hematopoietic system diseases, so as to formulate an analysis for patients to provide more objective evidence for clinical targeted therapy, individualized therapy and even precision medicine.

纳入标准：

1.门诊及住院患者
2.男女不限，年龄不限
3.基本情况可耐受有创检查操作
4.临床考虑淋巴造血系统疾病，且为初治患者
5.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Outpatients and inpatients
2. There is no restriction on gender and age
3. Basic conditions can tolerate invasive inspection operations
4. Clinical consideration of lymphoid hematopoietic system diseases, and is a newly treated patient
5. Sign informed consent

排除标准：

1.有出血性疾病
2.基本情况不可耐受有创检查操作
3.有淋巴瘤病史，且已接受过治疗
4.有其他恶性肿瘤病史，且临床考虑为淋巴结转移
5.拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bleeding diseases
2. The basic situation cannot tolerate invasive inspection operations
3. Have a history of lymphoma and have received treatment
4. There is a history of other malignant tumors, and it is clinically considered as lymph node metastasis
5. Refusal to sign informed consent
