研究目的：

开展基于数据库的非随机对照临床研究，以验证夹层不良事件动态预警辅助决策模型在真实世界数据中的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

A database-based non-randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to verify the effectiveness and safety of dynamic risk predictive model for for adverse events in patients with aortic dissection in real world data.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.经CTA和/或MRI确诊为主动脉夹层的患者，包含Stanford A型和B型夹层；
b.入院后血压和心率记录超过6次及以上；
c.大于18岁以上患者，性别不限；
d.签署知情同意书并同意按期随访。

Inclusion criteria

A. Patients with aortic dissection confirmed by CTA and/or MRI, including Stanford type A and B type dissection;
B. Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded more than 6 times after admission;
C. Patients over 18 years old, regardless of gender;
D. Sign informed consent and agree to follow up regularly.

排除标准：

a.由其他主动脉性疾病导致的主动脉夹层，如主动脉壁间血肿或主动脉穿透性溃疡导致的夹层；
b.创伤性主动脉夹层；
c.主动脉分支夹层；
d.主动脉夹层合并其他严重影响血压及心率的疾病；
e.主动脉合并妊娠或哺乳期；
f.入院后记录的血压和心率次数少于6次；
g.预期寿命小于12个月；
h.受试者对降压药物过敏、造影剂过敏；
i.拒绝签署知情同意书，无法按期随访；
j.降压药物禁忌患者；

Exclusion criteria：

A. Aortic dissection resulting from other aortic diseases, such as an interaortic hematoma or a penetrating aortic ulcer;
B. Traumatic aortic dissection;
C. Aortic branch dissection;
D. Aortic dissection with other diseases that seriously affect blood pressure and heart rate;
E. Aortic association with pregnancy or lactation;
F. Blood pressure and heart rate recorded less than 6 times after admission;
G. Life expectancy less than 12 months;
H. Subjects are allergic to antihypertensive drugs and contrast agents;
I. Refuse to sign the informed consent, and fail to follow up as scheduled;
J. Patients with antihypertensive drug contraindications

Type-A AD and complicated Type-B patients were monitored for BP and HR while preparing for emergency surgery, and uncomplicated Type-B AD patients were monitored for BP and HR during medical management until the occurrence of AE or up to 14 days.

1) fatal or nonfatal aortic rupture; 2) organ or limb ischaemia; 3) aortic aneurysm formation (dened as the maximum thoracic aortic diameter >6 cm); 4) rapid aortic growth (Diameter increases by more than 1 cm in 1 year); 5. death.
