研究目的：

通过对经鼻内镜下鼻后神经切断术治疗伴有变应性鼻炎的慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效进行观察。评估鼻内镜下鼻后神经切断术的安全性及有效性，为临床手术治疗伴有变应性鼻炎的慢性鼻窦炎提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic posterior nasal neurotomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with allergic rhinitis. to evaluate the safety and efficacy of endoscopic posterior nasal neurotomy, and to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of chronic sinusitis with allergic rhinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁且≤60周岁；（2）根据2015年在天津制定的《变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南》，所有患者确诊为中重度持续性AR，对生活质量产生严重影响，AR常见症状出现2项以上（含2项），每天症状持续或者累及1h以上，鼻腔黏膜苍白、水肿或者有清水样分泌物，变应原实验检测阳性。（3）经规范药物治疗效果较差和（或）变应原特异性免疫治疗失败患者，要求手术并自愿参与能完成试验者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Age ≥18 years old and ≤60 years old; (2) according to the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis formulated in Tianjin in 2015, all patients were diagnosed with moderate to severe persistent AR, which had a serious impact on the quality of life. There were more than 2 common symptoms of AR, lasting or involving more than 1 hour every day. Nasal mucosa was pale, edema or had clear water like secretion It was positive in the original test. (3) According to the standard, patients with poor efficacy of drug therapy and / or failure of allergen specific immunotherapy require surgery and volunteer to participate in the trial.

排除标准：

（1）年龄＜18岁或＞60周岁；（2）既往未经过规范药物治疗或免疫治疗；（3）哮喘未控制或合并有精神类疾病及免疫功能缺陷等相关疾病；（4）合并冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭等疾病不能耐受手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age < 18 years old or > 60 years old; (2) without standardized drug treatment or immunotherapy in the past; (3) asthma is not controlled or combined with mental diseases and immune function defects and other related diseases; (4) patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, heart failure and other diseases can not tolerate surgery.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
