探索老年膝关节炎患者脑网络的变化及其与认知功能之间的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes of brain network and its relationship with cognitive function in elderly patients with knee arthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于65岁,右利手，膝关节炎患者

Inclusion criteria

elderly patient with knee arthritis(≥65 yrs), right handed

排除标准：

严重心肺系统疾患，严重高血压；有明确神经系统疾患(脑梗，颅内肿瘤，颅脑外伤史)；精神疾病史、抑郁症病史；酒精和药物滥用史；严重糖尿病病史、慢性肾脏病、肝病病史；阿尔茨海默氏病病史或家族史；任何MRI禁忌症；拒绝参与研究

Exclusion criteria：

Severe cardio-pulmonary deisease, severe hypertension; definite neurological disease (cerebral infarction, intracranial tumour, any history of head trauma); any history of pyschiatric disease and depression; any history of alchohol and drug abuse; any history of severe diabetes, chronic nephropathy, liver disease; any history or family history Alzhiemer's disease; any contraindication of MRI scanning and patient who refuse to be recruited.
