研究目的：

运用系统生物学（代谢组学、转录组学、蛋白组学）方法筛选出肾虚痰瘀型阿尔茨海默病（AD）的生物标志物，以这些生物标志物为客观疗效标准验证恒清Ⅱ号方治疗AD的临床疗效，从而探索出中西医结合防治AD的新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To select biomarkers of kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of Alzheimer's disease (AD) by systems biology (metabolomics, transcriptome, proteomics) method. And take these biomarkers as objective curative effect of standard and verify curative effect of Hengqing Ⅱ prescription for treating AD so as to explore new strategy of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine for prevention and treatment of AD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

符合AD诊断标准，中医辨证为肾虚痰瘀证。
年龄55～80岁。
Hachinski评分＜４分。
能配合坚持12周规律服药者。

Inclusion criteria

1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of AD, TCM syndrome was characterized by deficiency of kidney, phlegm and blood stasis;
2. Aged 55 to 80 years old.
3. Hachinski score < 4 points;
4. Can cooperate with the regular adherence to 12 weeks to take medicine.

排除标准：

突然起病伴有肢体偏瘫或言语障碍。
肝肾功能损伤严重，生命体征不稳定者。
伴有精神系统疾患者或者不能配合完成研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Sudden onset accompanied by hemiplegia or speech disorders.
Severe liver and kidney function injury and unstable vital signs.
Patients with psychiatric disorders may not be able to cooperate with the investigator.
