研究目的：

本研究的目的是旨在探讨重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation，rTMS) 联合常规康复治疗对植物状态患者意识功能恢复的影响，以期为临床植物状态患者促醒治疗寻找一种有效的治疗手段。  

Objectives of Study：

To research the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of consciousness and function in patients with vegetative state patients, in order to find an effective treatment for clinical patients with vegetative state.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合 PVS 诊断标准； （2）年龄 18-80 岁； （3）均为首次发病； （4）病程大于3个月；（5）家属或授权委托人同意参加本课题研究并在知情同意书上签字。

Inclusion criteria

① a diagnosis of VS based on the coma recovery scale-revised (CRS-R);② patients age specrum from 18 to 80 years ;③ first time who suffer stroke ;④ patients with coures of disease was more than 3 months ;⑤ family members or Authorized client should agree to participate with this program and signature informed constract.

排除标准：

(1)患者及家属不同意；(2)使用植入式电子装置(如心脏起搏器)的患者；(3)颅内有金属植入器件的患者；(4)局部皮肤损伤或炎症患者；(5)存在严重心脏疾病的患者；(6)急性大面积脑梗塞的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with advanced malignancy;② Patients with implantable electronic devices ;③ Patients with rasks of intracranial hypertension?and bleeding tendency ;④Patients with local skin injury or inflammation with hyperalgesia in the stimulation area ;⑤ Patients with severe heart disease;⑥ Patients with acute massive cerebral infarction.
