激光和药物治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效对比  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this randomized controlled clinical trial (RCT) was to assess the clinical effect of diode laser and traditional medication treatment on RAS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.直径小于10mm的口腔溃疡；
2.溃疡出现3日以内；
3.术前功能性疼痛程度VAS评价不低于3；
4.口腔内仅有一处溃疡面。

Inclusion criteria

1. A minor aphthous ulcer with the size of not more than 10mm in diameter;
2. The ulcer occurred within 3 days;
3. The visual analogue scale (VAS) of functional pain score before treatment was not less than 3;
4. Only one lesion in mouth.

排除标准：

1.患者有可能有口腔溃疡表现的全身性疾病（如溃疡性结肠炎，克罗恩病，贝赫切特病等）；
2.患者处于怀孕期或哺乳期；
3.患者在正畸治疗中；
4.患者曾于溃疡发作前1个月内接受其他药物治疗（如激素或免疫调节剂，非甾体类抗炎药等）；
5.试验前1周内曾局部用药；
6.患者酗酒或吸烟。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic diseaserelating with oral ulcer（such as ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease, Behcets syndrome, etc.）;
2. Pregnant or lactating patients;
3. Patients undergoing orthodontic therapy;
4. Patients accepted other treatments (such as systemic steroids or immunomodulatory agents, nonsteroidal anti-inflamatory drugs, etc.) during the previous month;
5. Patients used any topical agents within 1 week before the trial;
6. Patients with the habits of tobacco and alcohol.
