研究目的：

（1）探讨住院期间肺康复治疗对慢阻肺急性加重期住院患者疗效及预后的影响。 （2）探讨住院期间肺康复治疗对慢阻肺急性加重期住院患者焦虑/抑郁症状改善情况。 （3）探讨住院期间康复治疗天数对慢阻肺急性加重期住院患者的预后情况。 （4）探讨简易的康复运动训练表及训练器械对于出院后慢阻肺患者的康复训练依从性及生活质量的影响情况。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To observe the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation implemented during hospital on life quality and prognosis in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (2) To watch the situation changes of anxiety or depression through pulmonary rehabilitation during hospital in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (3) To investigate the effect of the number of days pulmonary rehabilitation implemented during hospital on prognosis in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (4) To verify the effect of simple exercise training sheet and training apparatus on life quality and compliance in patients with COPD after discharged.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥ 40 岁；
（2）入院时主要诊断为COPD，且符合GOLD指南中诊断COPD急性加重期的标准；
（3）有影响患者日常生活的呼吸困难(mMRC评分≥ 3级)；
（4）有能力完成生活质量问卷。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age 40 years or greater;
(2) diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on admission;
(3) self reported breathlessness on exertion when stable (Medical Research Council dyspnoea grade 3 or worse);
(4) able to complete the life quality questionnaire.

排除标准：

（1）不愿签署知情同意书者；
（2）认知功能障碍者；
（3）影响康复治疗的合并症，如视力障碍、急性心血管事件（心肌栓塞或梗死）、骨骼肌系统疾病（骨折）、神经系统疾病（重症肌无力）、精神系统性疾病（精神分裂症）、晚期肿瘤等。
（4）过去1年内有超过4次的急诊入院记录。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unwilling to sign the informed consent;
(2) Cognitive impairment;
(3) Presence of visual, acute cardiovascular events, musculoskeletal, neurological, psychiatric or advanced tumor comorbidities that would prevent the delivery of the rehabilitation intervention;
(4) More than four emergencyadmissions to hospital for any cause in the previous 12 months.
