研究目的：

探究辣椒素雾化诱导咳嗽以促进脑卒中气管切开早期患者清除呼吸道内分泌物的有效性，以期为临床患者提供一种新的简单有效的促排痰方式，并为临床实践提供参考和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of capsaicin atomization induced-cough on clearing respiratory secretions in stroke patients early after tracheotomy, in order to provide a new simple and effective sputum-promoting method for clinical patients, and provide reference and basis for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 经头颅CT或MRI检查确诊的脑卒中患者，且病情处于稳定期；
② 首次气管切开，且处于气管切开早期；
③ 年龄≥18岁；
④ 患者和（或）家属知情且同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. A stroke patient diagnosed by CT or MRI of the head, and the condition is in a stable stage;
2. The first tracheotomy, and it is in the early stage of tracheotomy;
3. Aged >= 18 years;
4. The patient and (or) family members know and agree.

排除标准：

① 颅内高压，未控制的高血压，中风以外的神经肌肉疾病；
② 有颈椎、胸椎及肋骨的骨折；
③ 入院或入科前已行气管切开术；
④ 机械通气的患者；
⑤ 已参加其他实验者，医嘱禁忌者，患者和（或）家属不同意患者参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intracranial hypertension, uncontrolled hypertension, neuromuscular diseases other than stroke;
2. Fractures of cervical vertebrae, thoracic vertebrae and ribs;
3. Have performed tracheotomy before admission or admission;
4. Patients with mechanical ventilation;
5. Those who have participated in other experiments, those who are contraindicated by the doctor's advice, and the patients and (or) their family members do not agree with the patients to participate in this study.
