研究目的：

明确基于镜像神经元理论开发的新疗法对面肌联动症状的疗效，确立该新型疗法的各项细节参数  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the efficacy of the new therapy based on mirror neuron theory, and to establish the detailed parameters of the new therapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）面肌联动患者。
2）年龄：18-50周岁；性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with facial synkinesis.
2) Age: 18-50 years old; sex is not limited.

排除标准：

1）既往曾有针对面肌联动手术史的患者
2）中枢神经系统疾病、系统性神经肌肉病因素所导致的面神经障碍患者，如颅内肿瘤压迫、脊髓侧索硬化、多发性硬化、重症肌无力疾病。
3）心脏起搏器植入史等MRI相关禁忌症。
4）头颅及口腔金属植入物影响扫描图像质量者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with a surgical history of facial synskinesis.
2) Patients with facial nerve disorders caused by central nervous system diseases and systemic neuromuscular diseases, such as intracranial tumor compression, lateral sclerosis of spinal cord, multiple sclerosis and myasthenia gravis.
3) MRI related contraindications such as pacemaker implantation history.
4) The quality of scanning image is affected by metal implants in the head and mouth.

试验采用可变区组随机方法，将入组患者分入2组，随机数字由统计专家应用SAS软件分析系统在计算机上模拟产生。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

项目在记录患者信息及fMRI扫描时将产生大量数据，我方拟对数据进行专人监管，存放于单独的设备中并进行定期备份。患者信息及研究数据将仅用于项目相关的研究目标。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

A large amount of data will be generated when recording patient information and fMRI scanning. We plan to supervise the data by special personnel, store them in separate equipment and make regular backup. Patient information and research data will only be used for project related research objectives.
