研究目的：

证实人工智能够早期预测持续性房颤患者消融术后复发风险，为提供一种可能的新型的医疗应用软件用于预测持续性房颤消融术后风险提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

to prove that artificial intelligence can predict the risk of recurrence after ablation in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation , and provide a scientific evidences for creating a new type of medical application software for predicting the risk of the recurrence of atrial fibrillation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 心电图或动态心电图确认为持续性房颤，年龄18-80岁之间；
2. 首次行房颤射频消融手术，手术方式以环肺静脉电隔离为基础加以必要的线性消融；
3. 术后有症状时行心电图或动态心电图检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Persistent atrial fibrillation validated via ECG or holter
2. The first radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation was performed. The abalation method was based on the electrical isolation of the pulmonary veins with the necessary linear ablation.
3. Perform ECG or Holter examination when there are symptoms after ablation

排除标准：

1. 风湿性瓣膜病引起的持续性房颤；
2. 有既往相关外科治疗房颤的病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Rheumatic valvular disease;
2. Have a history of related surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation.
