研究目的：

在围术期应用益生菌干预，评价其对老年病人术后神经认知障碍和预后的影响，并初步探索益生菌调节肠道菌群、对色氨酸代谢的影响，通过调节肠-脑轴改善术后神经认知障碍的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In the perioperative period, probiotics intervention was applied to evaluate the effect of probiotics on postoperative neurocognitive impairment and prognosis in elderly patients, and the effect of probiotics on the regulation of intestinal flora and tryptophan metabolism was preliminarily explored, so as to improve the mechanism of action of postoperative neurocognitive impairment by regulating the enteric-cerebral axis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟于全身麻醉下行骨科下肢手术患者，年龄≥65岁，ASA分级I～III级，预计术后住院时间≥7 d，术前简易智能精神状态量表测试正常，无中枢神经系统疾病病史，无认知障碍，无服用改善认知药物和益生菌，无视觉和听觉障碍，言语交流正常。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who are intended to undergo orthopedic lower extremity surgery under general anesthesia; age ≥65 years old; ASA grade I-III; estimated postoperative hospital stay ≥7 days;Preoperative simple Intelligent Mental State Scale test was normal, no history of central nervous system disease, no cognitive impairment, no use of cognitive improvement drugs and probiotics, no visual and auditory impairment, normal speech communication.

排除标准：

患者或家属不愿意参加试验，有酗酒史或药物依赖史，术前使用抗胆碱能药物，经常使用止痛药物，对益生菌过敏，不能正常进行中文交流。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient or family member is unwilling to participate in the trial, a history of alcohol abuse or drug dependence, preoperative use of anticholinergic drugs, frequently use of analgesics, allergy to probiotics, inability to communicate in Chinese.
