研究目的：

1．验证接力检措施对促进女性性工作者人群淋病和沙眼衣原体检测的作用。 2.分析不同分组中检测、诊断淋病和沙眼衣原体感染的平均花费。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To confirm the effect of pay it forward to promote the CT/NG test behavior among female sex worker 2.Comparing the average cost of testing and diagnosis on each CT/NG patient

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．出生性别为女性；
2．年满18岁以上；
3．自述在过去一个月中从事过以获取金钱或财物为目的的性行为交易。
4.此前未参加过接力检相关研究项目
5.过去12个月未检测过淋病或沙眼衣原体；或过去12个月内检测淋病或沙眼衣原体后发生过高危性行为；或过去检测过淋病和沙眼衣原体，但无法确认是否在过去12个月之内。
6.愿意参与调查且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Birth gender is female
2. Over 18 years old
3. Reported sex exchange for money or property in past month
4. Never participate pay it forward program ever
5. Never test NG or CT in past 12 months; have high risk sex behavior after NG or CT test in past 12 months; have tested NG/CT, but not sure whether within past 12 months.
6. Willing to participate the research and give informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 患有其他严重疾病无法完成调查
2. 有语言表达障碍

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who are complicated with other severe diseases and unable to complete the investigation.
2. People who have logopathy or expression disorders.

本研究采用随机整群抽样方法，利用随机数字表从广东省21个地市中抽取了云浮市和清远英德市为接力检组，茂名市和阳江市为对照组。每个调查点将各招募120名研究对象参与研究。

The random cluster sampling method was used in this research. We have applied random number table to select Yunfu city and Qingyuan Yingde City as the pay it forward group, and Maoming and Yangjiang as the the control group, from the 21 municipal cities. About 120 subjects would recruit in each
