研究目的：

探讨红细胞及网织红细胞参数（如 MSCV、MRV）在溶血性贫血诊断中的应用价值，为制定溶血性贫血诊断新标准提供科学的实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the role of erythrocyte and reticulocyte parameters （such as MSCV, MRV )in the diagnosis of hemolytic anemia, and to provide a scientific experimental basis for the establishment of new diagnostic criteria of hemolytic anemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合以下典型溶血性贫血诊断标准：
1.遗传性球形红细胞增多症：外周血球形红细胞增多，红细胞渗透脆性增加；
2.葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏性贫血：红细胞G-6-PD活性降低或基因分析确诊；
3.地中海贫血：血红蛋白电泳或基因分析确诊；
4.自身免疫性溶血性贫血：抗人球蛋白试验阳性。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria of typical hemolytic anemia:
1. Hereditary spherocytosis: erythrocytosis in peripheral blood, increased osmotic fragility of red blood cells;
2. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency anemia: decreased red blood cell G-6-PD activity or genetic analysis;
3. Thalassemia:hemoglobin electrophoresis or genetic analysis;
4. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia:positive for anti-human globulin test.

排除标准：

1.患者或家属拒绝参加本研究；
2.临床资料不完整,缺乏密切相关检测项目者；
3.纳入前3个月内接受输血治疗；
4.研究对象患肿瘤、严重感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient or family refused to participate in the study;
2. Incomplete clinical data, lack of closely related test items;
3. Including the blood transfusion treatment within the first 3 months;
4. Patients have tumors and serious infections.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

1.遗传性球形红细胞增多症：外周血红细胞形态检查，红细胞渗透脆性试验； 2.葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏性贫血：红细胞G-6-PD活性测定，基因分析； 3.地中海贫血：血红蛋白电泳，基因分析； 4.自身免疫性溶血性贫血：抗人球蛋白试验。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

1. Hereditary spherocytosis: peripheral blood red blood cell morphology test, red blood cell osmotic fragility test; 2. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency anemia: erythrocyte G-6-PD activity assay, genetic analysis; 3. Thalassemia: hemoglobin electrophoresis, genetic analysis; 4. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia: anti-human globulin test.

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

网织红细胞参数：平均球形红细胞体积，平均网织红细胞体积。

Index test:

Reticulocyte parameters：mean spherical red blood cell volume, average reticulocyte volume.

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

溶血性贫血(遗传性球形红细胞增多症、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏性贫血、地中海贫血、自身免疫性溶血性贫血)患者。
