研究目的：

1) 基于全国先心病协作研究网络平台，通过分布式查询技术系统收集及整理多中心PMVSD患儿原始医疗数据，实现临床数据共享及应用。 2) 应用大数据挖掘算法，根据大样本真实世界数据建立PMVSD自然闭合预测评分体系，同时应用严格的数理统计分析模型对预测模型进行多方面的验证和评估。 3) 通过对大样本临床数据的挖掘，开展PMVSD的较精准客观的临床病情评估系统的探索。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Based on the National Collaborative Research Network Platform of congenital heart disease, the original medical data of children with PMVSD in multi-center were collected and sorted through distributed query technology system to realize the sharing and application of clinical data. 2) Using the big data mining algorithm, the PMVSD natural closed prediction scoring system is established based on the real world data of large samples, and the prediction model is validated and evaluated in many aspects by the strict mathematical statistical analysis model. 3) To explore a more accurate and objective clinical evaluation system of PMVSD by mining large sample clinical data.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 初次就诊年龄为出生后至14岁；
2) 经仔细心彩超检查证实存在单纯PMVSD，或伴有其它简单先心病（仅包括①卵圆孔未闭；②缺损直径小于0.3cm动脉导管未闭；③缺损直径小于0.5cm继发孔型房间隔缺损；④左上腔静脉残存），不伴有其它复杂心脏畸形（如肺静脉异位引流、圆锥动脉干畸形、主动脉弓中断、原发性肺动脉高压等）；
3) 初次就诊时没有重大疾病（非先心病引起的危及生命的器质性疾病）。
4) 患者或其监护人自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The initial diagnosis age is from birth to 14 years old.
2. Ultrasonography confirmed the presence of simple PMVSD or other simple congenital heart diseases without other complicated heart malformations (such as pulmonary venous drainage, conus trunk malformation, interruption of aortic arch, primary pulmonary hypertension, etc.)
3. No major disease at first diagnosis (life-threatening organic disease not caused by congenital heart disease).
4. The patient or guardian voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

无法配合医生完成固定周期的门诊随访或放弃诊疗
