研究目的：

本研究对参与胰腺癌多学科诊疗的各科室诊疗流程进行标准化和规范化，进而实现胰腺癌患者多学科就诊的路径化管理，进一步评价路径化管理下的患者获益情况并根据评价结果校正诊疗路径，最终形成可在各级医疗机构推广使用的胰腺癌多学科诊疗标准并发布诊疗指南。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is standardizing the diagnosis and treatment process of each department involved in the multidisciplinary treatment of pancreatic cancer, thereby realizing the pathway-based management of pancreatic cancer patients. Besides, to evaluate the benefit for patients under pathway-based management and to correct the diagnosis and treatment strategy based on the evaluation results. And finally to form a multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment standard for pancreatic cancer that can be promoted and used in medical institutions at all levels and to release guidelines.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)无严重的基础疾病; (2)病理确诊为胰腺癌；(3)无显著的心、肺、肾功能不全，无HIV或梅毒感染；(4)所有病人入选时应签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) No serious underlying disease; (2) Pathologically diagnosed as pancreatic cancer; (3) No significant heart, lung, or kidney dysfunction, and no HIV or syphilis infection; (4) All patients should sign informed consent when enrolled .

排除标准：

(1)有不稳定性心绞痛、症状性充血性心衰、严重的心律失常、过去6个月有心梗、QT间期延长（＞450ms）;(2)最近5年之内出现其他部位的恶性肿瘤;(3)患者不能接受随访或正参加其它临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unstable angina pectoris, symptomatic congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction in the past 6 months, prolonged QT interval (> 450ms); (2) Other organs occurred malignant tumor within the last 5 years; (3) The patient cannot be followed up or is participating in other clinical trials.
