研究目的:

人工踝关节假体设计原理在于模拟踝关节的正常解剖结构与运动,但国际上现有多数假体均停留于规则结构、对称设计的阶段,存在假体设计无法模拟踝关节运动、假体关节面接触应力高等瓶颈问题。因此,本课题针对上述关键问题,基于我们团队前期已经获得了国家专利授权的符合国人解剖学数据的人工踝关节假体样机,利用计算机仿真、双平面动态分析、步态分析等科学研究技术基础,深入理解假体样机的运动学特点、对足踝生物力学影响、接触方式与磨损机理等,开展符合国人踝关节运动生理特点的人工踝关节假体的改进、临床前评估、假体安装工具设计,将在踝关节运动学、假体组件间动态结构匹配、假体设计优化、生物力学评估等方面,形成一批核心技术。  

Objectives of Study:

The principal of total ankle system is to mimic the normal anatomy and motion of human ankle. However, existing ankle implant with regular geometric structure and symmetric design cannot mimic ankle motion method, thus lead to high contact pressure at the articular surface. Therefore, our group tend to solve this problem with a patented previous-designed total ankle system specific for chinese population. We will study the anatomy, kinematics and biomechanic characteristics of normal ankle, thus to design, optimize and pre-clincally evaluate ankle implant, and obtain core knolwedge in ankle kinematics, implant articular surface match, implant design development and implant biomechanical evaluation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

纳入标准:

1 年龄在50-80岁之间
2 无下肢骨折及韧带损伤病史可独立正常生活
3 临床体格检查确认无异常步态无关节活动受限无韧带不稳定
4 X线检查确认无下肢关节退变无冠状面及矢状面对线异常
5 MRI 影像学检查确认无韧带损伤及畸形;
6 正常行走步态周期下双足底压力分布无异常(门诊动态足底压力检测)。

Inclusion criteria

1 age between 50-80 year-old
2 have the ability to live independently and have no previous fracture or ligament damage of lower extremity
3 clinical evaluation shows no abnormal gait and ankle movement and no instability of the ankle
4 X ray exam shows no degenerative disease or abnomity of lower extremity alignment
5 MRI shows no ligament damage or bone deformation
6 normal pressure distribution during normal gait
