研究目的：

利用IVA技术与卵巢组织冷冻复苏技术结合，提高恶性肿瘤妇女化疗前冷冻保存的卵巢组织和卵巢早衰妇女卵巢组织的利用率。  

Objectives of Study：

To improve the utilization rate of ovarian tissue cryopreservation in malignant tumor women and premature ovarian failure women, IVA technology combined with ovarian tissue cryopreservation technology was used.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.因各种原因引产女胎并女胎有正常卵巢组织的妇女。
2.有保留生育力意愿的恶性肿瘤成年女性或女童。
3.有生育要求的卵巢早衰妇女，无其他疾病合并症。
4.同意本研究知情告知内容。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women fetal with normal ovarian tissue and induced labor for various reasons.
2. Adult women or girls with malignant tumor who are willing to preserve fertility.
3. Women with premature ovarian failure who have fertility requirements have no other disease complications.
4. Agree with the informed content of this study.

排除标准：

1.临床资料不齐全；
2.卵巢早衰妇女合并肿瘤、感染等其他不适宜受孕的疾病状态。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical data;
2. Women with premature ovarian failure complicated with tumor, infection and other diseases not suitable for pregnancy.
