研究目的：

明确转甲状腺素蛋白（TTR）作为老年患者肌少症相关生物标志物的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the clinical significance of transthyretin (TTR) as a biomarker of sarcopenia in elderly patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥60岁，不限性别；(2)具备基本沟通能力和理解能力；(3)能完成相关检测。所有被调查者均签署研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 60 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Basic communication skills and understanding ability; (3) Being able to complete relevant tests. All the respondents sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)健康状态极差、恶性肿瘤、急性疾病状态、重要脏器功能不全或存在严重认知功能障碍不能配合相关指标测定者；(2)存在生物电阻抗测定禁忌或影响测量结果准确性者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with poor health status, malignant tumor, acute disease status, dysfunction of important organs or severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with relevant indicators; (2) There are taboos in bioelectrical impedance measurement or affect the accuracy of measurement results.
