研究目的：

本研究拟通过对研究过程中本研究中心收治的喉气管狭窄病例的临床观察研究。明确儿童喉气管狭窄病例的多种临床因素对终点事件发生的预测评估能力；评价并建立儿童喉气管狭窄的临床评估体系，明确各种评估方式的临床应用优势；建立儿童喉气管狭窄的标准化术式及适应症体系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to adopt a clinical observation study on the laryngotracheal stenosis cases admitted to the research center during the research process, the purpose of this study is to clarify the risk factors of childrens laryngotracheal stenosis; evaluate and establish a clinical evaluation system for childrens laryngotracheal stenosis, clarify the advantages of various evaluation methods in clinical application; establish a standardized operation and indication system for childrens laryngotracheal stenosis

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在研究期间内收集本单位收治入院的临床严重程度达到需要干预程度的喉气管狭窄病例作为研究对象，共计300例，其中先天性喉气管狭窄150例，获得性喉气管狭窄150例。

Inclusion criteria

During the study period, we collected cases of laryngotracheal stenosis admitted to our unit with a clinical severity that required intervention. A total of 300 cases were collected, including 150 cases of congenital laryngotracheal stenosis and 150 cases of acquired laryngotracheal stenosis.

排除标准：

症状危急须抢救无法完成上呼吸道三维CT评估及麻醉状态下综合内镜检查的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

During the study period, we collected cases of laryngotracheal stenosis admitted to our unit with a clinical severity that required intervention. A total of 300 cases were collected, including 150 cases of congenital laryngotracheal stenosis and 150 cases of acquired laryngotracheal stenosis.
